All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delays may occur during peak seasons. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

We currently ship only to the United Kingdom (UK) and European Union.

Shipping Delays & Issues

• Delays due to weather or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.
• Lost/Damaged Products: Contact us at info@shopthesilk.com within 48 hours with order details. We’ll replace lost/damaged items at no cost.
