Changed your mind?
Tell us at info@shopthesilk.com. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel for any reason under UK law. We’ll refund the full product price plus our standard delivery cost (not express upgrades).
We also accept returns within 30 days if items are in re-sellable condition. Customers cover the return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Hygiene-sealed items: Pillowcases, bedding sets, duvets, and sleep masks are supplied sealed for hygiene reasons. The 14-day cancellation right and 30-day return policy is lost once unsealed.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us right away at info@shopthesilk.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Email info@shopthesilk.com with your order number. We’ll share the return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
We’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof of return—whichever is earlier—using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopthesilk.com.
